The GP serie of automatic gluing plotter is widely used in the cardboard and paper industry as they replace all linear gluing operations executed manually on flat patterns, also for small runs of production.
Only as an example the plotter are used for selective gluing operations (different and separated trajectories) required on expositors, posters, boxes, components and accessories for packaging.
Different kind of adhesives can be used : hot melt line, hot melt spray and vinylic line.
These machines permit to reduce the number of operators involved in the entire cycle of gluing and assembling and increase the productivity compared to manual execution, thanks to adhesive deposition speed achieved by the plotter.
At last, they increase the quality of the process by guaranteeing maximum cleanliness, absolute accuracy and constant repeatability of deposition trajectories.
AUTOMOTIVE
The range of gluing machines and the GS serie of automatic gluing systems are used in the automotive industry and replace (in the case of GS serie) several gluing operations executed manually on flat patterns, also for small runs of production.
This last serie of machines (GS), permit to increase productivity compared to manual execution, thanks to the continuity and speed of adhesive deposition guaranteed by the system.
