3 axes automatic gluing system GS 800 permit, compared to manual execution, to automate and speed up silicone linear deposition on flat patterns (also at different heights), thus increasing productivity.
Thanks to the movement controlled by the axis, it guarantees maximum cleanliness and high quality in the deposition and absolute accuracy and constant repeatability of deposition trajectories.
3 axes automatic gluing system GSV 3/400 allows to automatically acquire, by means of an artificial vision system, the profile of sole with heel applied or the internal profile of the sole before injection. Once decided the gluing strategy and working parameters, in automatic mode it provides spray adhesive deposition along desired trajectories for the cementing of the component (sole).
5 axes automatic gluing system GSV 5/400 has been designed for the cementing of Opanka type soles. The machine allows to automatically acquire, by means of an artificial vision system, the profile of Opanka type soles. Once decided the gluing strategy and working parameters, in automatic mode it provides spray adhesive deposition along desired trajectories for the cementing of the sole (including inside edge), thanks to its 5 axes interpolation functionality.
