3 axes automatic gluing system GS 800 permit, compared to manual execution, to automate and speed up silicone linear deposition on flat patterns (also at different heights), thus increasing productivity.

Thanks to the movement controlled by the axis, it guarantees maximum cleanliness and high quality in the deposition and absolute accuracy and constant repeatability of deposition trajectories.

Given the easiness and speed for new operations setup, its usage is indicated and already profitable for small runs of production.
The machine is used in different industrial sectors such as automotive, gaskets, sealing and other.
Entirely designed and manufactured by Angeleri (both for mechanical/electronic parts and CAD-CAM software), GS 800 three axes system has a “portal” configuration with fix work table.

The X and Y axes movement (linear or interpolated) is provided by drives and motors (brushless type) through toothed belts, while Z axis utilize a nut/ballscrew system. All axis are controlled by the proprietary Angeleri control, installed on machine board on an adjustable support.

Gluing trajectories are imported in DXF format, while a laser sensor checks in real time during the working operation the correct deposition of adhesive. In case the deposition is made correctly, a marking cartridge – placed on the tool head – provides marking and validation of the part; otherwise, an error message appear on the panel screen.

The machine software generates a tool path elaborating the imported DXF file , where the path is designated by means of a line with related properties (type of line, color, layer) defined in conventional mode.

The system does not require complex programming such as ISO code or teach pendant, as it generates the toolpath keeping in count the parameters inserted on the video panel by means of an intuitive user graphic interface. The operator does not need to have any specific programming skill and a short training enable the full usage of the system.

The parameters available for the operator are :

1. X e Y offset
2. Working speed
3. Distance in Z between workbench and nozzle

Each time a parameter is changed, using the “update” key button the machine send to the panel the new elaboration, thus allowing the operator to instantly verify the tool path the machine will follow for next working cycles (only after pressing the start button).
The machine can manage up to 3 different toolpaths contemporaneously (elaborated from 3 different DXF files) and execute those in selected zones set by the operator on the working area.
